We regret that your ants perished on their trip to you.
Per the terms you agreed to during your check out phase and we will uphold Antworks toys will pay for the vial of ants.
As a customer you are responsible for s/h and a heat pack if you would like one included with this shipment
- Please Add the order quantity of ants your original order form had on it that were dead
- Add any heat packs if you would like
- Put your original order number in the box
- Check out.
- The ants are free you are only paying for the heat pack if you want another one and the shipping
- Currently we are not requiring the return shipment of the vials but may reinstate this
