About international shipments
Note: The information on this page only applies to non-US orders.
Airmail is inexpensive, therefore it is the most popular method of shipment among our international customers. Average delivery time is 2-4 weeks, and most packages arrive on time and in perfect condition.
However, approximately 1 out of every 100 packages requires between 4 to 8 weeks for delivery. Most of the time the delay is caused by the Customs of the destination country. In very rare cases, the packages get lost permanently, and unfortunately there is nothing we can do about it. Please remember that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped via Airmail or Global Priority Mail. If you need a tracking number and insurance, consider having your package shipped via Global Express and contact us for a ship quote.

Global Priority Mail
Global Priority Mail is an expedited airmail service, and most of the time packages arrive within 2-3 weeks from the date of shipment.
However, like Airmail, it does not have a tracking number. Weight of the package is limited to 4lb (~1.8kg). Global Priority shipping is not available for all countries. For a list of destinations, please refer to the USPS International Mail Manual: Global Priority Destinations

Global Express Mail
Global Express Mail is the fastest and safest delivery service, with an average delivery time of 5-7 days. It is automatically insured for $100, and you can buy additional insurance for up to $500.

UPDATE (April 30, 2004): In the past 12 months, several packages were returned to us marked "Unclaimed". Apparently, in some countries, the package is not delivered directly to the customer's door - instead, the customer is expected to claim it at the post office. If you haven't received your Global Express shipment within two weeks of the order date, please contact your local post office.
